MODEL 121 ACCELEROMETER COUPLER

Description

The Model 121 is a dual channel coupler module for use
in vibration measurements. It features selectable constant current sources for the transducer, multiple gains and selectable lowpass filtering. In addition, a transducer fault monitor LED lights whenever the bias voltage goes low (short) or goes high (open).

2mA or 4mA nominal

Signal input voltage: 0 to ±100V max.

Gain: Switch selectable x.1, x1.0, and
x10 with a 10:1 vernier attenuator; a lighted
LED indicates uncalibrated mode

Lowpass filter: Four-pole Butterworth
with header-selectable cutoff frequencies

AC response: 0.5Hz to 20kHz (unfiltered)

Output: ±10V @ 5mA max.

Accel power: CC 2mA or 4mA

Alarms: for Bias voltage (low or high)
