MODEL FL646 THERMOCOUPLE ISOLATION AMPLIFIER

Description

The Model FL646 Thermocouple Isolation Amplifier conditions a millivolt input from a thermocouple temperature probe. The input is isolated from the output by up to 1000VDC. The unit is mechanically and electrically compatible with Encore's other FlexiLine DIN-rail mounted instrumentation.

Cold Junction Compensation: FL646-001: None; FL646-002: factory set for Type E, J, K, T, R, or S thermocouples

Input Isolation: ±1000VDC

Gain: 250, ±1%

Filter: Three-pole active lowpass filter at 3Hz

Output: 0 to ±10VDC, at 5mA max

4-20mA Output: Optionally available; tracks DC voltage output signal

Connections:	Power and Output	Six wireclamp screw terminals accept wire sizes from 24-14 gauge
	Input	Removable 4-position wireclamp screw terminals accept wire sizes from 24-14 gauge

Mechanical: 2.9" x 3.1" x 0.9" plastic enclosure; mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail

Power: Unregulated 18-30VDC at 25mA
