Custom-Contractual Services

Encore's production department is available
to build custom designs provided by our customers. This includes but is not limited
to PCB design and assembly, and the

wiring of rack mount enclosures. Encore
will populate and solder
PC boards following your
layout, wire-list and schematic. Our quality

assurance personnel monitor the assembly and testing of the product for conformance to your requirement. Our services also include cable harnesses, conformal coating and potting.

Encore specializes in custom designed electronics. We will design and assemble units to meet your requirements.Our engineering department is available

for design assistance. Encore has the production capability to quickly produce one or two of a completely custom instrument and meet your deadline. With our in-house engineering, circuit board layout, sheet metal fabrication, paint shop and production department, your product can be taken from concept to completion in a few weeks or less.

Wave soldering station

For larger runs, a wave soldering station ensures a consistent solder finish from
board to board. We also build transformers
for special requirements. Our test department can electrically test and calibrate the finished product following your test procedure.
