Encore Electronics, Inc. designs and manufactures custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses in-house. We offer prototyping and small runs for your cable assembly and wire harness needs.

All cable assemblies are manufactured to meet the specifications of the customer’s prints, drawing or schematic, using high quality cables and components.We use your bill of material or will create one from your specifications.

Typical cables include:

• Jacketed
• Shielded and unshielded
• Flat ribbon
• Twisted pairs

We offer robust single and multi-wire cable assemblies for industrial and harsh environment applications.

We can incorporate strain relief which is typically used to prevent electrical failures or intermittence caused by pulling and tugging,  and potting to hermetically seal cable to protect it from moisture.

Cables can be labeled per your request.

Each cable and cable assembly is electrically tested and if required, special test boards are built with mating connectors and headers.
