for custom sheet metal fabrication of
components. We fabricate front panels,
enclosures, heat sinks, base plates and rack
assemblies to your specification, including
painting and silkscreening of the finished
product.

CAD Design
Our design engineer uses computer-based
tools to come up with the initial design of
your product. Starting with the use of a CAD
system we design your part, drawings, drafting,
and finally the CAD layout.
After the design and layout is complete,
your order goes to the tooling and machine
shop area for manufacturing.
We provide you with engineering support
during the entire process. SMF delivers the
final product to you meeting your exact
specification, with the highest attention to
