RENTAL PERIOD: Equipment is rented on a monthly basis, with a minimum term of one month.

RENTAL RATE: The monthly rate shall be 12% of the list price, plus sales tax if applicable. The rental rate will be pro-rated 1/30th of the monthly rate per day, after the first month. Rental starts one day after shipment, and continues until the unit is received back on our dock.

PURCHASE OPTION: Purchase of the unit may be exercised after one month, at which time 30% of each months rent (paid), may be deducted from the original purchase price. The total rental credit accrued, not to exceed the original purchase price of the equipment.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shipping charges are prepaid and add, FOB Saratoga Springs, NY, unless the customer’s shipping account number is provided on or before the day of shipment for collect shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to return equipment prepaid.

PAYMENT: Terms are NET 30, unless previous arrangements have been made.

EXCHANGE: In the event of equipment failure, we will exchange the unit(s) within 24 to 48 hours after Encore Electronics is notified, subject to availability. Shipment will be prepaid by Encore Electronics. Charges may be incurred by the customer for damages other than normal wear and tear. Any loss or downtime incurred by the customer due to our equipment failure will not be reimbursed by Encore Electronics, Inc.
