MODEL 214 STRAIN GAGE BRIDGE CALIBRATOR

Description
The Model 214 provides AC calibration to a strain gage bridge. It will switch a parallel CAL resistor across any leg of the bridge at the selected frequency. The desired CAL resistor is selected using the front panel decade
resistance thumbwheel. Any resistance from zero ohms to 9.999 Megohms is selectable in steps of 1K ohm. A front panel LED is provided as a power on indicator and a low battery indicator. If the battery voltage falls below 15.0 volts the front panel LED will go out. The batteries are located in
a rear panel compartment for easy access.

with ± 1% accuracy

Output: FET switch closure in series with CAL resistor

Power: Operates on two 9V batteries, Eveready #505 or equivalent; eight-hour continuous operation
